I think Dolphin Experience has around 16, but it's really hard to pinpoint the number.

Dolphin Quest Oahu has 4.
(Hi'iaka, Hoku, Liho, Mahina)
Dolphin Quest Bahamans has 9.
(Bailey, Heydon, Somers, Cirrus, Nimbus, Dolber, Khyber, Malabar and Caliban)
Dolphin Quest Hawaii has around 11 - I don't know the exact number.
Dolphin Quest Morea has more than 4 - again, I don't know the exact number.
(I'm currently researching Dolphin Quest)

I know of at least 4 cetaceans at Sea Life Park, and I'm sure they have more bottlenoses. Two of those cetaceans are Keikaimalu, the hybrid, and Keauhou, a melon headed whale.

I don't have more than that, sorry. =\

Dolphin Quest has facilities on Oahu and Hawaii. The Dolphin Institute isn't really a park, but they have three dolphins on Oahu. There's also Sea Life park on Oahu. Also the Hawaii Institute of Marine Biology keeps dolphins.

Maybe, I'm not sure.

I know they have some in Santa Barbara and in Point Loma, just off of San Diego.

Ah, I looked it up. The Navy's facility in Hawaii was closed in 1993, and most of the dolphins were moved to San Diego.

Um, two of their dolphins are at Long Marine Lab at the University of Santa Cruz - Puka and Primo, both males. Some dolphins went to Sea World - I don't know who. Muk Tuk and Ruby, the belugas at Sea World, were also used by the Navy.

Hmm... some of the dolphins at the San Diego facility are Hiapo, Hapa, Bobby and Evinrude, all males, and the females are Snapper, Andrea, Bo, and Cinder. They have more than that, but I don't know their names.
